In this section you will find helpful information about our online booking platform.
I. Baden Airpark
At Baden Airpark, the parking area P14 and the unrestricted parking lot P17 are currently available for online booking.
Prepayment
By selecting prepayment and reserving a parking space, you have concluded a binding rental contract for the period you have selected upon receipt of our order confirmation. The rental fee for this has been paid by you in advance and will not be refunded in the event that you do not use the parking space during the rental period or only use it for a shorter period.
If you choose the prepayment booking method, the parking fee to be paid will be collected at the time of booking. You will receive an invoice as a PDF with this e-mail.
How can I drive in and out?
To enter, hold the QR code of the HomePrinted ticket sent to you during the online reservation process to the reader at the barrier. You will then receive a parking ticket, which you validate at the pay machine before leaving.
Can I change my booking?
You have the option to change your booking once. To do this, please call up your booking as a registered customer in the "My account" menu or as a non-registered customer under "Change booking without login" using your e-mail address and booking number or zip code and click on "Edit booking" for the relevant booking to change your entry or exit times. Please note that this service is available to you once per booking and, in accordance with the GTC, no costs will be refunded for a shortened parking period.
Can I also use my booking if the parking space is 'occupied'?
If you have booked a parking space in an occupied parking garage, you can still enter with your HomePrinted ticket (QR code). You are guaranteed that a parking space is free for you, even if the display shows 'occupied'. If you have any problems at the entrance or exit, please contact us using the call / help button!
What can I do if I have not received a booking confirmation?
If you have not received a booking confirmation by e-mail, we would first ask you to check your spam folder. If you have not received a booking confirmation, you are welcome to contact our Customer Service at baden-airpark@apcoa.de.
II. Elbphilharmonie, Hamburg
Which parking area is available for pre-booking?
Parking area A (both entries on the left) for short term parkers (concert, tourism, etc.) for 4 hours.
Please do not use the "Hotel" entry!
What is the max. entrance height at Elbphilharmonie?
The max. entrance height is 2.10 meters.
How do I enter and exit the car park?
Please make sure you have the print out of the email confirmation (HomePrinted Ticket with bar code) available on your arrival. Please hold your print out with the bar code in front of the scanner at the barrier to identify your booking when entering. You will receive a exchange ticket which must be used for exit. Please note that the new ticket is required when leaving the parking facility to open the barrier. Please do not pull a short term ticket on your arrival!
Prepaid and booking of a parking space:
By choosing “prepaid” you receive a binding rental contract within your booking confirmation. The parking fee of your chosen parking duration was debited in advance. Even if you do not use your booking or the complete duration you will not receive any refund.
What happens if I stay longer than the booked parking period?
If the booked parking duration is exceeded, the parking time that is beyond the booked parking time will be charged according to the locally posted parking fees.
Can I change my booking?
You can change your booking once. To do so, please navigate to "manage my booking" and look up the booking by entering the booking number in combination with your zip code or e-mail address. There will be a "edit booking" button next to valid booking.
What can I do if I did not receive my booking confirmation?
Please check your spam-folder to make sure the e-mail has not been moved to the wrong folder.
Please get in contact with our customer service if you do not recall your booking confirmation number by providing your name and e-mail address. Our staff will be able to send you the booking confirmation again.
What can I do if there is a problem at the barrier?
There is a “help” button located on each entry and exit barrier to connect you to the parking office. Our office is staffed 24 hours / 7 days a week in case of any problems you may encounter.
How do I access the Elbphilharmonie from the car park?
You can access the Elbphilharmonie from the ground floor of the car park. At this time there are also two elevators at the higher levels which are leading downstairs as well as a stairway. A direct entry from the parking levels to the Elbphilharmonie is not available.

Pay before exit
With your online booking you only pay your 6 Euro reservation fee. Please find yourself at the next pay machine after your return to pay the outstanding amount with the received parking ticket.
Prepaid
By choosing prepaid, the complete parking fee including reservation fee will be charged after completing the booking.
How do I enter and exit the car park?
With your online booking you will receive a HomePrinted Ticket incl. QR-Code to be used on entry via E-Mail. Hold the QR-Code near the reader at the barrier to receive your parking ticket. The barrier will open automatically. Use the received ticket to exit the car park after your return. Please make sure to pay the outstanding amount at the pay machine before leaving the car park.
Please be aware that P17 is a barrier-free parking location. We therefore ask you to kindly place the booking confirmation in your car instead. The booking confirmation is considered as a valid parking ticket.
Can I change my booking?
Simply make a new booking since you have only paid the service fee with your initial booking.
What can I do if there is a problem at the barrier?
There is a “help” button located on each entry and exit barrier to connect you to the parking office.
